The true proportions of this are a little overwhelming for us to contemplate. So here’s an idea for Christmas gift: Carbon Credits? It’s the perfect antidote to the fabled economic recession we’re  supposed to be in.  We’re all going to hell in a Divine Sidecar!

Out of interest here is the recipe for ‘The Sidecar’, made by the Bar Squire himself. Its simple but sweet.

Fine Brandy or Cognac: 45 mls
Cointreau: 15 mls
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice: 30 mls

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with crushed/cracked ice.  Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.

I totally heart the new Wu Tang branded Fila boots!  I might rock them with the one-rolled-up-tracksuit leg look. Oh yes!

As discussed in technology news, Tech Man Dr. Z raved about the bumptop animated desktop interface.

We’ve got a pretty jam-packed show this week.  So stay tuned we have cookies, our local MP, white ribbons, spirits and every other thing you might conceive of.
